Each year members of MOARC visit Washington, D.C. to advocate for projects and programs affecting our region. On March 6th thru 8th, MOARC and KCIC representatives will be in Washington, D.C. to meet with Congressional and Administrative offices. Proceeding the visits, members are encouraged to attend the National Waterways Conference Legislative Summit.
